We booked a room at Sereniity Resort and were pleasantly surprised by the well-managed property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall hospitality of the staff was exceptional. The resort also had a lovely garden and activities for kids. Despite a few minor issues with the pool and room upgrades, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a family getaway. a great place to relax and unwind.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in Lonavala, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The prime location, near the market area, made it convenient to explore the city and enjoy the local attractions. Being surrounded by nature, with the beautiful Tungarli Dam and Tungarli Lake nearby, added to the serene and relaxing atmosphere of this place.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay near Tungarli dam, nestled in nature and close to the prime market area. The location is perfect for relaxation near Tungarli lake. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and the staff provided excellent service with a smile. Breakfast was good, and the swimming pool was clean and perfect for a relaxing swim. The terrace was a bonus for enjoying the beautiful views.

Some amenities like gaming equipment and room fresheners need attention.

The staff is friendly and attentive, with a willingness to acknowledge and rectify any mistakes or shortcomings. The hotel has a pleasant ambience that is enhanced by the lovely weather. The food is delicious and leaves no room for complaints. The resort is well-planned and offers a pleasant view from the rooms. Additionally, the talented staff, like Nathaniel, added to the enjoyable experience with his guitar skills.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel facilities were well planned and the ambiance was lovely, especially due to the chilling wind and the showery rains. The staff were also very friendly and talented.

Not obvious to find.

Lovely surroundings and prompt service. We enjoyed the small swimming pool and lawn games. The food was decent, especially the breakfast buffet. The hotel is situated near nature and away from the main road, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The rooms were quite small and had some maintenance issues. The bedding was not very comfortable, and the furniture was not well-maintained.

During our xmas vacation, we had a good experience at a resort. the rooms were well, maintained, clean, and cozy. the food was tasty and offered a good variety. It was great to have hi, tea until late in the evening. the staff was friendly, co, operative and provided quick service. A huge garden area kept us in touch with nature.

The pool was not well, maintained and the rooms could use some upgrades. the mattresses in one of our rooms were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
